Some of the companies post an hourly rate but most want to come out and quote first. Some bring own equipment, some want you to supply all products. Some want to have a key. Be specific about what you want clean and even make a list, ours started to get lazy after a few months and I got rid of them. Now I'm cleaning myself as I haven't gotten around to getting more.
