This is a base cost of labour and materials for walls and ceilings and basic preparations. Obviously your launch room will be much bigger hen your toilet. But overall it would balance each other. If you need large repairs, like peeling, cracks, mould, or extra features – like high ceilings, details corners, some extra decorating features that require extra cutting – this will include extra cost. Obviously for more accurate price you would have to call few traders in and get written quotes. Ask your friends or family if they know a good painter - and follow it up. Good luck!
