The pergola is timber and attached to the house, however they need to be covered; ie Install and fit clear alsynite sheeting (or similar) Install colourbond guttering and downpipe to match existing house. Link downpipe to storm water drain. The pergola is 4000mm * 2000mm on a concrete pad. One is for a property in Doreen and the other in Derrimut (Melbourne) If anyone can assist by recommending someone or themselves it would be appreciated.
