Browse Forums DIY, Home Maintenance & Repair 1 Mar 08, 2010 10:07 pm Hello All, We will be doing our Pre-handover inspection with our builder tomorrow; and due to Yesterday heavy rain at Melboune, we've noticed that water somehow had gotten into the Porch's ceiling evidenced by the watermarks building up along the porch's ceiling . If You really had a big downpour theres a chance that it would happen again due to the design of the roof. If the downpipe cant handle the water volume theres only one place for the water to go, but this could be a one in fifty year event.
