Are they a real timber laminate, or simply a faux wood finish? If they are the latter then I'm not aware of anything you can do to rectify the bubble... Essentially the spilt water has caused the wood to expand below the finished surface resulting in the bubble effect. If your boards are a real timber laminate however, then you could have the section re-finished. Hope this helps and good luck!!
