just a few questions.
Is that timber skirting board in your bathroom ? (if it is, its supposed to have a tiled skirting.)
Are the walls in your bathroom lined with gyprock plasterboard or villaboard, The wall lineings are meant to be different in bathrooms for water protection, no gyprock palsterboard ? (if you cant tell, plasterboard is you can dig at and you'll get white powder from it, as its plaster incased in a cardboard like surface, if its villaboard it's a firm sheeting, no plaster within it. Villaboard doesnt bubble etc.
In one of those last pictures it looks like the shower cubicle is butted up against the wall, I believe the shower cubicle is meant to butt up against tiles, usually (its not my trade so just to give u direction) the walls are water proofed the size of the entire shower cubicle and then another five inchs or so on the other side of the shower screen aswell. (this is done this way so if silicon deteriorates , the tiles still give water protection from penitration into the wall.
It's definately faulty installation and build, i'm as sure as I can be without actually seeing it.
