Hi all,
Can anyone tell me the best way to fix loose plasterboard? Do I just renail it and plaster over them? Or is there a better method?

You can push on it and it moves about 1mm. The problem seems to be in most of the rooms. It's a late 60's house and there is a railway line about 50m away from the house that may have caused the problem. Find the stud roughly in the middle of each part of the plaster that is loose and whack 3 screws in. Top, middle and bottom. Make sure that whatever method you use, you take the retainer in past flush (ie go into the plaster a bit 1-2 millimetres) to allow for some fill to cover your new holes. It's probably not that the glue has come unstuck...more that it isn't there. I've been renovating and found that back then they didn't use as much glue as they probably should have.
