I have three homes nearby that had roofs repainted approx 5-7 years ago by professional roof restoration companies. The problem is all of them are now showing the old tiles back through the paint. One in particular which was repainted green is almost back to its original blue/black cement tile. So how do you find a professional roof company that will gareentee there work. Should it last longer than 5-7 years, if not, it would be worth investigating a new roof completely. And do you have any suggestions on what type of paint should be used. Thanks.
