NICE!!!! Re: Where can I buy furniture at a decent price? 5May 18, 2009 2:21 pm What do you mean by good? Did you want something designer made which will stand out? Or just some solid pieces for the home. For just solid straightforward pieces you really cannot look past Ikea. It's plain and simple and you can find some lovely things at a great price. Otherwise I would try local stores/carpenters who can custom build some decent items at a good price. I would only go to designer brands/chains if you want something stand out as a feature piece as you'll be paying a premium. You have no description but if you are in Sydney there are some nice furniture stores in St Leonards/Crows Nest... basically a street of them ranging from local carpenters/manufacturers to Italian design etc. Looking at some of the designs on websites, they are all selling very similar products. I get that you want something stylish. It's worth looking for search terms like SaveH2O… 2 6973 Wow I hadn't realised things had gotten that pricey in just a couple of years since I built, that is crazy with how much land is now costing if you aren't lucky enough to… 3 7018 Hi, you've probably already resolved this, however, Commbank will probably pay the funds to you after you send evidence the work is done regardless the change in the quotes. 1 35191 |
