As the cracks appear to be following joints in the sub structure any ordinary exterior paint will continue to fail due to thermal expansion/contraction. I believe Dulux make elastomeric finishes. Is it due to different weather? It can be due to moisture (in some countries it's the freezing of water which gets into the strcuture and expands as it freezes) and the heating and cooling of the stone/cement, or subsidance and the actual structure shifting could also cause this. Thermal coefficients catches many out Topical coatings and changing substrates, make it quite difficult to avoid cracking at the old site, sometimes construction jointing or control jointing is needed to avoid future maintenance Where you are coming from is where you are going to...
