The ground level has been lowered to below the level of the lowest limestone block, as we have had a pool installed. The intent is the build a planter box to about the level where the sand is now (so midway through the bottom limestone block). I will then chemset some N12 rebar into the limestone block and attach to the mortar bed of the wall in front.
