Pitched roof skylights roof re-do

I have a pitched roof with 2 skylights in the middle- evenly spaced apart surrounded by coregated iron.
I'm going to employ someone to replace the skylights and re-flash them accordingly.
My question is- regarding the skylights on the pitched roof, the top side of the high side of the skylights, where the rain runs down to first. Do I need Internal flashing or..? The picture might explain it better
