Brick garage/shed repair

Hi all

I've got a brick garage/shed at the back of my house. It's been hit at some point (before I owned it) and has a large crack running down through the bricks. I want to salvage the shed as it's probably way cheaper than rebuilding.

The shed also acts as a boundary fence, it's all fully approved from the 60s(?), isn't in the best shape, but overall seems fine. I will also replace the roof and roof structure if needed. It's a basic flat roof with only a few degree pitch with corrugated iron. I will also replace the current door with a roller door.
