Water pools against house in one spot

Hello
I have noticed that rain water pools against the exterior wall of my house in one spot, around 50 cm wide and water 1-2cm deep. As you can see in the pic there is a drain hole just near it but angle is not done very accurately i reckon. Any methods you recommend to tackle this issue?

realistically that amount of pooling, and not going into weepholes, or down between the house and path (looks like its caulked) should be fine. Not ideal, but i cant imagine any actual issue coming from it as long as it continues to not go between the house and path. It wIll evaporate inside of a day when it stops raining.

At the moment it's not caulked and that's the expansion foam. I'm planning to seal it with polyurethane. Do you think caulking might cause any issue regarding the breathing or something like that? Cheers

breathing? what?

caulking this gap is standard. Usually the foam has a tear away strip that leaves a nice little foam backed rebate to caulk. Get on to it as a matter of urgency, the foam does not stop water. If you leave it too long, the path can separate from teh building due to heave and youl have a bigger gap to deal with

also caulk the entire perimiter, not just this bit. You can buy polyeurethane sealant sausages in bulk to save yourself a significant amount of money on th eproject. I did my whole house for probably under 350 bucks.
