External Tap S Bend Blockage

There is a blockage in this S Bend pipe. Do I have to have an S Bend here, and what’s the best way to fix it?

Few questions, how did you pick up the blockage, and what was the blockage.
That's an overflow gully and you need it so if you get a blockage between your house and the main it doesn't back up into your house. You need the s part to stop the stink.

Picked up the blockage because it overflows out the top of the pipe at ground level. It’s still blocked. I’m only assuming it’s at the S bend.

In that case I think it's operating as it should and you have a blockage further down the line. But I'm not a plumber either.

hes probably been banned.

Hopefully it was something more ironic like a girder fell on his head despite having BIM and getting 3 quotes.
