Browse Forums DIY, Home Maintenance & Repair 1 Jul 25, 2023 7:13 pm At a bit of a loss on this one - we're thinking the original owners never removed the protective laminate covers from their kitchen cabinets after installation and in the 15 years since they have started to peel off and break apart in brittle little flakes. Removing the flaky pieces is easy enough but we can't find a way to remove the intact segments that are still adhering to the cabinets. Have tried the usual heat gun/wood scraper combo and some chemical adhesive removers with no luck. All advice and input appreciated.
