Re: Damages caused by tree 5Jul 14, 2023 1:03 pm ponzutwo Patricua Hi Neighbours tree since cut down however caused damage to double brick outbuilding (bricks separated with slight lean to a portion of wall); dwarf retaining wall collapsed as roots of tree moved into our property, rotted lower portion of lapped & capped timber fence, roots grew under cemented pavers lifting them upwards, another wall of same building acts as boundary fence against which neighbours soil packed from building footings up to approx 800m, after heavy rains water/moisture found inside the building along wall acting as boundary fence. Received engineer report on how to fix however need to know which type of builder to contact to repair all damages (boundary wall, dwarf retaining wall, leaning wall with separated bricks & fence).
