Hi
I’m looking to create a privacy screen that covers the top 1/3 of this slopped opening so that it matches the privacy screens on my fence.
Firstly, how should I attach the 2 pieces of timber to each side and into the brick wall? I’ve never drilled anything heavier than a retractable hose into a brick wall.
Secondly, when I attach the timber to the wall on the right side, there are no obstructions and it can be flush against the wall. But on the lowest side, the fascia juts out preventing the support to be flush against the wall. How would I pad out the timber so that the timber remains 90* vertical and it doesn’t impact with the metal fascia.
Thanks a lot.
