Last fall I primed and repainted my boy's bedroom and during the heating season there was a strange smell in the room. Hard to describe it, but it's like the smell of the clothes right out of the dryer. It's very noticeable at night especially when the temperature is high, but dissipates during the day. When the furnace was on during the winter I could smell it every night but now as the AC is on it's a little better. I used the same primer and paint in the other 2 bedrooms and so far only my boy's bedroom has this smell. Also no smell before the paint job. Does anyone have a similar experience and know how to find the source of the smell? Thanks.
