Had some water damage a while ago and some of the paint has bubbled and peeled off. So probably about the top quarter of the wall in the main corridor in a 4 metre length. I've managed to peel off all the paint that is loose. So how would I treat the edge of the paint that is still there and the wall? Can I just feather the edge with sandpaper, or will I need to patch? If it's a patch, it'll be a pretty large area. Thanks in advance.
