We have a roof leak near a downpipe spreader. The leak has never dripped but there are wet spots on the gyprock inside. I cannot locate any cracked tiles or broken flashing. There is no sarking under the tiles. I have some theory’s on what may be happening but not sure. Can anyone help? Please see attached. Thanks! We've had a similar leak during the particularly nasty storms in qld last month, but it didn't really leak a lot. Definitely not enough to leave any stains/mold. We also have the downpipe spreader in that location, but I chalked ours down to a strong wind blowing the water in somehow, since it's only occurred twice in the lifetime of the house. We have a patch of that sealing strip that isn't hugging the tile tightly, so I suspect it might be getting blown in via that. 2 1127 If you make sure all taps inside and out are turned off, what does the water meter show if you leave it for a while. 2 20391 Hi all, I am hoping someone has some ideas as to what is causing my bathroom leak.
