They start underground and reach roof support beams. Galvanised steel. Dimensions about 50mm by 75mm. What is their purpose? Are they support roof? Or they hold house from shifting sideways in case of strong wind? In which cases I need 75mm? Location on the property in South Perth, according to Wind Map it is "low risk" zone. Area flat. There is housing around. Soil: sand. - what kind of "foundation" I need for the stumps? Only one information I found: the stump must be at least 100mm above the ground. So I know how HIGH the foundation must be. Anyone can assist with some guide/standard? Are they stumps or screw piles ? How much fill is there, is the site a class "P" ? A "H2" site is not supposed to have stumps it is supposed to have grid beams according… 1 1347 If you're in a flood zone, not only are you dealing with the importation of fill and laying it down in 150 lifts to achieve compaction, you're going to have to consider… 4 4959 6 7972 |
