My house is 7 years old in Victoria. I just noticed that the roof has cracked as shown in the attached pictures. Nobody has been up on the roof. I am a noob when it comes to construction and relatively new to Australia as well. Can some one with more experience please advise 1. if this looks like a serious issue? 2. what would it cost approximately to fix this? 3. The house is still in statutory warranty. Is this something that counts as something that can be claimed under warranty?
