We have noticed recently that our rain water tank is empty , not sure what is happening to the water from roof . Gutters were cleaned 5 months ago. Would this damage ur home . Any advise is greatly appreciated . Our home is 4 years old .

Have you observed any rainfall flowing into the downpipes when it rains? Quite often guttering and drainpipes are installed such that unless the rain is exceptionally heavy one or two downpipes won't see any flow. Is there a first flush diverter before the tank? Is there water coming out of this after it rains? Can a plumber put a tap on a rain water tank which is full? Tank is similar to one in photo.
