We are about to build a house, where we are thinking we will put in a patio / alfresco post-build.
If we were to base this on 20sqm with timber decking, what sort of cost would we expect if we were to have this put in after the build? We would also hope to extend the roofline as a cover.
Secondly, the alfresco / patio will be at the rear — which is also where the master bedroom sits on the top floor. What may be the additional cost to put a small balcony of around 10sqm over the new alfresco?
Any help or advice would be very much appreciated, if anyone has an idea of approximate costs involved
