There are 3 Brick Peirs on the longer sude blocking the view from Family and also making the Alfresco looks very narrow. What can we do about it? Is it worth tearing these piers down to put Metal pillars? IMO, metal posts would look like a cheap add on/afterthought and not match the intended style. I may be comparing Apples with Oranges but piers for my slab were much cheaper than this.
