Browse Forums Outdoor Living 1 Sep 26, 2019 5:51 pm Hi everyone, I am building later this year and unfortunately our block has a 4m easement which the developers are putting in with freeboard over the top (see attached photo). I am trying to figure out what to use this area for as it'll most likely be a bit of an eye sore. Have though of just fencing it off but you'll be able to see it from the top story and I imagine it'll look quite odd. Here is the plan of the house I'm building with the easement included. Wanting to add a pool/fire pit/pergola area so if anyone has suggestions on how to incorporate these it would be amazing help! Thank you!
