Hi all,
Just after some fencing advice. We are currently building a house, not on a corner block. So it will need to be fenced at the back and two sides.
We are building in a new development and were the first house on the street to start building. We now have people to the left side and to the back of us starting to build, but very behind our stage of building. However they are building with a builder which includes fencing in their package.
The fencing needs to be done asap after we finish the build because we have two small dogs and we are also installing a pool and part of the back and side fence will be the pool fence.
How do we go about this? We have obtained a very reasonable quote from a local fencer around $5000 for the fencing of our entire lot. He has broken it down into each side though.
For the two sides which are currently being built on do we contact the builder directly?
What do we do about the side that no one is building on yet? How do we contact them?
FYI we are in Ipswich City Council.
