Browse Forums Outdoor Living 1 Jul 25, 2015 4:22 pm Hello, I am struggling with choosing our shed colour. I really need to get it right as it is huge and entirely visible from our entertaining area. We really like the colour of the shed here: http://highline.com.au/products/residential-rural/sheds/ (Header pic and pic 8 in gallery). I'm not 100% what colours they have used, I'm guessing Woodland Grey and Basalt? But I'm also not sure it matters because the front of this shed faces North and in full sun where ours faces South... I feel like I might have to use lighter colours to get the same effect? What do you think? Thanks in advance, this is driving me mental..... Re: Shed colour. Please Help 2Jul 25, 2015 5:39 pm I chose Surfmist for my shed with woodland grey for flashings, gutters and trims (to give a contrast). I also did not want my shed to be an oven during summer. I like my colours but I suspect some of my neighbours would have preferred me to chose green. Re: Shed colour. Please Help 3Jul 25, 2015 5:44 pm Thankyou Beetaloo, Surf Mist is nice. We thought about pale eucalyptus but feel it is too bright (sitting onto of a Earth Brick wall and being so large), however it would make sense given that it is our roof colour..... Also considered Gully, but think its a bit brown for my liking. Re: Shed colour. All the dark colours will turn it in to a place where you can't spend more than 30 seconds inside of on a sunny day. Owner Building at Jimboomba Woods in Logan City Qld.
