Technically you can use it all year around. Your home is insulated from the weather and the cold, and i think it's safe to presume that you have a heater and your windows have blinds and curtains, both of which provide some level of further insulation / heat retension. Your outdoor blinds, what material are they? Plastic? how thin is it? do you have a heat source in that area? is that area as insulated as your house? No? well of course it will be freezing outside... Adding tracks to the blinds will help reduce heat loss in that area, IF you have a heat source and that area is completely enclosed, therefore it will no longer be "alfresco" which in spanish literally means in the fresh. 920 was enough to get the furniture in.
