Browse Forums Outdoor Living 1 May 10, 2015 9:23 pm I'm interested in getting my courtyard walls rendered. What would be a ballpark figure per square metre. I'm based in northern beaches Sydney if that helps. I'd just like an estimate so I can have a realistic budget to start saving The walls currently have a thin render layer on already but this is patchy in places so not sure if they can render on top of it or if it would need to be removed and then rendered. Thanks Re: Rendering cost of courtyard walls 2May 11, 2015 10:05 am Bunnings have a good render for jobs you do yourself - not cheap - but cheaper than a tradie. Its not hard to do - but you need to slap it on. Once started you get the idea. I think a tin was about $100. But I think - from memory this was 10 lts. If they are already done - to a point - I'd give them a good gurney - clean - and let them dry thoroughly. You'll be surprised how easy it is. Have a "work" day - get a few friends around - have a bbq - you'll knock it over pretty easily. I can sort of 'reset' the noise by pressing firmly on the studs. This… 10 13965 Oh no! I would use a can of expandable foam ( there are some that will take render) then cut it back and render over the top 1 5027 |
