This will help to avoid the dirt and rain water and also serve as safe play area for kids. Question: is it possible to add the glass fence on top of the metal fence or someway install them as frame? How much would it cost?. Since I am in unit, I don't want to go thru body Corp if possible. Let me know ur thoughts. Secondly, I doubt any glass balustrading company would want to use what is already there as part of the new balustrading. They would want to remove the old and install a completely new system.
