I've been reading about setbacks and screening but can't find details about height above ground level type info. I have a vague idea we need to be < 1m high otherwise we need to have a fence it barrier. Our deck will likely be 2m from ground level but I'd like to avoid any barrier. The thinking is to design in garden beds below the edge of the deck - but I can't find the right info to review on this area. Can anyone point me in the right direction?
