I'm thinking about options for my deck, about seven meters along the house ad just under three wide. Its a new build. These are the options I'm considering;
Vario Pergola (Helioscreen)
Folding awning attached to the house
I'm interested in any general comments on these options and particularly if anyone who has used them can give me an idea of how much they spent.
I know these won't be the most waterproof options, but I'm more interested in shade coverage than complete water cover.
Let me know if you have any of these and what you think of them!

If you do a search on these forums you'll find a few threads on this subject already.
We have shade sails on ours now but when we re-build we will go for a fixed pergola type instead.
