There is a limestone retaining wall sloping to about 3m high at the corner, which the wall will sit on top of, so access for building is a bit of a problem. (Mainly for rendering/painting the outside, I suppose). Would you recommend a block/rendered wall, or maybe the modular stuff that we could paint before installation? What would be most cost effective? I like the look of the solid rendered wall with aluminium slats for the top 1/3 or 1/4. We are in Perth if anyone can recommend companies too, please......
