I'm not sure whether we should seek out a good carpenter for the works, or a decking company. We require 5x5 deck with pergola, handrails, stairs, roof plumbing etc. Does anyone have any recommendations in the Sydney area, and any indication of costs involved? I'll continue searching through previous threads. I arrange materials and he will build decking. ( He had organized materials for our neighbors) I have also met a number of decking company but the cost is much higher However, we have yet started as our landscaping job has yet completed so I have yet got personal experience with the carpenter but I hope our decks will be as nice as our neighbors' ....If you want his number, PM me.
