Browse Forums Outdoor Living 1 Aug 31, 2012 7:52 pm I have a 1930's restored qlder home with 2.8m balcony all the way around the home. the midgies are shocking 5 months of the year. the balcony has standard roof purlins and columns with an iron roof. I want to fly screen the entire balcony but i am concerned it will take away some of the qlder appeal. I will also have to plasterboard the ceiling to close the 150mm-200mm gap. The floor is timber decking and has some gaps up to 3-4mm, not sure if the midgies and mosies will get through this. can anyone help. can anyone supply a photo of someithing simialr? i got a quote from bradnams windows it will cost me $4400 to complete the screening part withhout the plasterboard sheeting. cheers Richard Hello everyone Please advice me how can I install mesh security window or we cab say mesh flyscreen inside while the pvc plantation shutters are already installed?
