Browse Forums Outdoor Living 1 Aug 16, 2012 10:11 am Im in the process of renovating our existing decking and need advice on colour matching. The deck is several feet above ground and previously had white lattice panels around it. The hardwood floor is currently painted a grey/ bluish colour. The metal frame is currently powder coated brown. Our outdoor table and chairs is coffee colour wicker style. Ive ripped down the lattice panels and am replacing with horizontal aluminum slats. The wife is concerned about too many colours being in the same place. So the question now is what colour to get the panels made? Colour for the deck to be painted? Colour for the metal frame to be painted? It would be good if we could see some examples of similar decking but i cant seem to find any. Any pointers? Thanks Re: Advice - Colour coordination 2Aug 18, 2012 3:24 pm Blue with brown, and white to set it off look good together. So do you just want to upgrade these existing colours for a better blend? Or are you going for something completely different? Also could you post a pic of the area- that would help a lot.
