In the CSIRO site ( http://www.laserlite.com.au/laserliteJu ... raisal.pdf) the way that I read this bloody complicated document is that it MAY be allowed in a BAL subject to some type of non combustible mesh over the top to prevent actual ember contact with the sheeting. I would contact the relevant manufacturer and get specific advice in relation to the relevant suitability for use in relation to a BAL, and copies of any certificates that back their claim held in relation to this material.
