Walk in store room as well as a complete bathroom. We got council approval as in our area even freestanding garages and carports require DA approval. Council can make you tear it down if approval wasn't sought. Some things are worth waiting for. Most companies should give you a free quote so that will at least give you a good idea of what you need.
