Browse Forums Outdoor Living 1 Feb 14, 2012 4:10 pm Hi all I am looking for a roofing solution for our apartment terrace (imagine a oversize balcony without cover). I need something that would block out the rain but still let the sun in. So far we have look at different materials and we like polycarbonate the best but there is one major problem. We can't find anyone that would install it for our apartment. I have tried a number of newspaper and online advertised installers but they all refused as it is an apartment on level 7. It seems all they do are ground-level installations. I only know one supplier that did a terrace roof for my neighbour but it's one of those expensive motorised sunroofs with rain sensors. They quoted me 22k for that and 16k for colorbond roof . Does any know a polycarbonate or colorbond installer who is willing to install at a apartment? Thanks in advance.
