Browse Forums Outdoor Living 1 Oct 30, 2011 1:35 pm We are wanting to buy new outdoor furniture. We live near the ocean. Have looked at many brands/companies online and have pricelists - huge variations. Looked at Cotswald (too expensive), Jati, Ascot Teak, Casual living and Unique Teak along with others I have scrapped as some looks light and poor quality. What have other people found that is a reasonable price and quality? Any help appreciated. Re: teak outdoor furniture 2Nov 03, 2011 8:17 pm I am with 'goodyear'.......I too am still searching for something reasonably priced, that looks contemporary and isn't going to break after a few months. I am yet to find the 'perfect' set. Have come close. Freedom had a set ages ago I think but it's not their current range. We are looking at getting single chairs but also interested in bench seats for up against the wall. Re: teak outdoor furniture 3Nov 09, 2011 2:16 pm Also on the outlook for outdoor furniture Been a LONG year & now we are concentrating on the backyard ... at the moment we have a round table & chairs but it takes up too much room I want a long square table I can push to the side when its not in use. Was thinking of stools to hide underneath but when I think of the comfort factor, I think chairs are more practical if sitting around the table in the summer months. I'm in Melbourne .... any ideas out there? thanks in advance Jazzie Life is like a lolly, suck it and see Re: teak outdoor furniture 4Nov 09, 2011 5:06 pm I saw the exact table and chairs set I want in a photo in a display home. I am going to check it out this weekend and see if I can identify the maker/stockist. Will let you know. Thanks for letting us know. The programmer will have a look at this later today. 2 6667 About a year ago, I embarked on a DIY project to construct an outdoor Pergola, which measures approximately 5.2 meters by 4.0… 0 29573 Natural stone tiles like slate, travertine, and limestone add a timeless, elegant look to… 0 22675 |
