Anyone know a good concrete pool builder in Perth?

Hi guys,

We are soon to start building our house and are looking at getting a small concrete lap pool built down the side.

Can anyone who has had one built recently let me know who they used and whethe they would recommend them?

make sure the pool is designed in with the house slab and built at the same time otherwise you will have to underpin the slab which costs around $1400 a sqmt
the last lap pool i quoted was in perth 8 mtrs long the underpinning came to $16000
i ended up building it 1.2 from house and 1.2 from boundary it was only 2 mtrs wide so quite skinny
you dont need underpinning if the pool is from memory 1.2 odd mtrs from the house slab (pool companys can advise this)
also if it is closer than 1 odd meter to the boundary then you will have to shore up or under pin your neighbours backyard and or house

My SIL has just had a concrete pool built by Five Star Pools. It looks fantastic and there were no problems during the construction of the pool.
