Browse Forums Outdoor Living 1 May 16, 2011 8:57 pm Guys now that we're finally getting around to extending our deck out to the fenceline, I'm starting to think about the finishing touches to make our whole outdoor area look not quite so plain. Last week I had a bit of a search online and this place kept on popping up: http://www.asgo.com.au/default.asp?c=164549 Has anyone heard of it or been there? Any good??? There are a couple of local places that might sell the sort of stuff I have in mind but I haven't been for a proper look yet, and I'll do that before coming to the big smoke, but I'm also open to suggestions for other similar suppliers that any of you might know of. This is the type of thing I'm thinking of, hanging on a screen behind the deck in front of the fence, but I'm also interested in looking at metal sculptures as well: http://www.asgo.com.au/product.asp?pID=982&cID=28 Thanks! My tip is they advertise on trading post so if you see something you like on there print it out and take it with you Re: Outdoor art/hangings/sculptures etc (Melb & S.E.) 3May 22, 2011 4:46 pm Thanks Flaggie. We ended up getting what we wanted locally, to be honest there was more good stuff available around here than what I first thought, probably because I hadn't really looked before lol. We ended up with a water feature as the main piece. Pics are in the What Did You Buy Today thread. Geoff - Decophile. Re: Outdoor art/hangings/sculptures etc (Melb & S.E.) 4May 26, 2011 7:33 am Thanks for the link, Eager...that place is just down the road from work and I didn't know it was there. Think I'll go take a look, see what I can find. Re: Outdoor art/hangings/sculptures etc (Melb & S.E.) 5May 26, 2011 8:43 pm No probs! Never mind if you don't buy anything there - when I was trying to find out exactly where it was, I discovered that there is a Dan Murphys virtually next door to it. Geoff - Decophile. Had a look see, looks fricken awesome Have you found anything there yet Kek? Re: Outdoor art/hangings/sculptures etc (Melb & S.E.) 8Jun 02, 2011 9:03 pm I daresay kek has found many bargains there. They usually have weekly specials for local and imported beers and many wines, as well as tasting sessions fior the more discerning tippler. Hang on...you WERE talking about Dan Murphy's, weren't you? Geoff - Decophile.
