Even though we kept it in there all the time. Apparently our council needs fixed structures approved but because this is removable it would not have to get approval. According to others we spoke to living with in the council. I would say it would depend more on your neighbours complaining to council about it but we're in different states so really not sure what your council is like.. and the risk you are willing to take..
