Doing the rounds of looking at gas BBQs.
Been to BBQs Galore, all the department stores & other home centres.
Seen them all from cheap ** junk, to the $4000 'basic 4 burner' (you don't want to know the options!) premium BBQ at a high-end place.
BBQs Galore seem to have the best range, and pretty good prices, but I can't find the one that I really want.
Just wondering if anyone can recommend other BBQ retailers?
I'm in the Sydney region, but this may help people all over Oz.

Only one place to go - Joes BBQs
They will beat anyone on price, and the service is second to none. They also carry spare parts for everything from what I've seen, so for example if a burner fails/rusts out, you just buy a new burner. That's a struggle at BBQ's Galore from my experience.

Agreed! It is very hard to find a BBQ that is actually of a good quaility.
It is as if you are charged by the amount of work involved in putting them together not what you get for the money once it is assembled.
I could never imagine an oven or cook top being done in the same fasion!
With the use we give these items now they really should be along the lines of buying a cook top and oven in quality and presentation. Not the TAFE metalwork class manufacturing techniques used to make tham in most cases
(sorry to anyone enrolled in a TAFE metal fabrication class )

Thanks for sharing. Looks good. The joiner has come back with a quote of close to 5k. I think we are going to not do it. Attaching panelling is something they are dead…
