Now screw a peice of galv. metal into the ground and think about the same strength and stability principles, doesnt take an engineer to work out what will last and what wont Hmm, maybe it does. For it is engineers that certify them for use on much more substantial projects than a backyard deck. I think I will back the engineers on this one. Seems fine, the owner is a builder Where you are coming from is where you are going to... Sam There is a much stronger glue than liquid nails. It's called T Rex and will stick your timber to the concrete.
