We want to build a deck straight away after handover, but want to put a spa in too, not sure what order we should do things... If there are no reply or info provided.. I would then proceed with concrete the ground where the spa will be located during construction. Get the Spa delivered and installed in place as soon as PCI. Noting that 200mm away from my fencing and at least 100mm on its sides for ventilation. Prior to all that, i would go and check the Spa that I've brought onwhere its openings are, especially where the heating gadgets are.. and where the drainage is. And work out a drainage connected to my stormwater disposal.. closest -downpipe... Thanks Draftroom that definitely helps a heap.
