My builder has finally got back to me with a quote (provis sum for contract) of 6k for a brick pier fence with horizontal wooden slats as opposed to the pickets I asked for Quote was for 6k all up and includes 7 piers (joining up to the porch pier), so that wasn't too bad I thought. I should have followed up on this thread. So, the pier foundation wasn't large enough on the side it was leaning towards, and the NBN cable went through the pier, just… 8 12123 Just be careful with building stability during construction, that is when the structure may be weakened, refer to your engineering drawings for stability methodology. 1 7223 |
