Browse Forums Outdoor Living 1 Aug 31, 2009 12:28 am Okay, in the recent storms here in Victoria, our poor pergola copped a beating and the 4 large perspex sheets that used to be on the end of the pergola blew down and broke into a few large pieces They are approx 3 metres high by 1.5 metres wide each and are around 10 years old. They are simply large and slightly flexible perspex sheeting. I am trying to find a supplier in Melbourne that stocks these and I am having no luck. Any ideas ? Cheers Re: Perspex Sheeting for Pergola 2Aug 31, 2009 7:59 am Flat perspex has no structural strength, don't you need the corrugated style of Laserlight? Don't want Laserlite or that kinda of product as it's very think and doesn't look as good! What we used to have up was as good as glass but much easier to install as it was flat about 6mm thick and did the job perfectly. Hoping some well placed internal walls fixed up into the battens will provide some… 2 5404 Is there a building permit? RU in Victoria? What is the value of the building contract? 1 6822 |
